Lets discuss corruption! Its a seemingly off topic but in actuality it is not. We all know and hear about it. We all moan and bitch about it. ALL! THE! TIME! So lets take a take that is my take on this particular take on corruption. Is it really so evil, is it a modern necessity or to be precise is it the a way of life.
My dad says its a modern necessity. Lets take this in account. So, everything that we know about this world, everything costs something accept unconditional love of course which is a load of BULLSHIT! ANYWAY! Everything has its costs. In order to attain something something must be given. It may be time or hard work but the latter exclusively just doesn't cut it. We need time for which we need money. In this fast paced, burger stuffing bone crushing world money is the most important commodity as I said in my previous blog. Money moves things forward. Sometimes I wonder if mankind wasn't depended on it so much. Just like Star Trek The Next Generations when Picard said that
"In future everyone wants knowledge and therefore everyone seeks perfection, that is why everyone is trying to attain and create the best they can and be as better as they can"
But that's not what we seek? That's not what we CAN seek. We need to take care of our own and to do that, capital plays an important role as much as any. But do we really need to go for necessity.
Lets, for my sake consider corruption a lifestyle, mostly because it got a nice ring to it. Well, we don't even know when corruption is happening nowadays. It just feels so natural. So much so, that it is a compulsion now on our part to pay for things that aren't suppose to be paid for, ignoring things of utmost importance that are needed to be done. In the latter statement I say this because we the people are both the victim and the culprit. I am not talking about " We are the enablers of corruption, we give money to other people" NO! Not this cliche. I am talking about the real deal, that we do the same thing that we are supposedly victimized to. We take money for supposedly public service jobs all the time. Corruption is relative at the most. Now for the less fortunate people this is a completely different deal. These people suffer the most, and guess what?!! NOBODY GIVES A SHIT!! Not caring is a big problem for us. Our line of sight is so narrow that we don't care anymore, the reason is its out of our comfort zone and that's what its all about. COMFORT ZONE. Now let us do some mini analysis of the portrayal of corruption in today's multimedia...other then my blog that is!

1. Breaking Bad:
What turned a nice guy like Walter White to heisenberg. huh? "Need" and for almost 1st 4 seasons we rooted for this guy. I uh....Kinda still do.Was he corrupt? YES. Did he needed to be corrupt? No. Was it a necessity? Maybe. Did he care? FUCK no!
2. Anime
The anime list is pretty big. Lets take my personal favorite Full metal Alchemist into account. In this show the homunculi wanted to purge all sins of corruption from his soul and unleashed it into the world. In other words, he unleashed corruption to be a perfect being. IDIOT! This show depicted that power is desired by the nicest of hearts but attaining is a different matter.
Sooo.. Corruption huh! Its a relative term and in this world it seems relevant if you are a bit well off...Coz face it, every rich fuck on this planet is mooching from poor!
